n. A META-KEYWORD prefix meaning “TAB,” that's followed by a letter or symbol indicating under which TAB the referenced TERM belongs.

NOTE:

• ~~# = TAB for ENTRIES beginning with Non-alphabetic characters or symbols
• ~~A = TAB for ENTRIES beginning with letter “A”
• ~~B = TAB for ENTRIES beginning with letter “B”
•             .   .   .   (and so on...)
• ~~Z = TAB for ENTRIES beginning with letter “Z”
• ~~:: = TAB that includes “ALL” previous TABS (#, A-Z)
• ~~+ = TAB for “NEW,” provisional ENTRIES, pending integration into GLOSSARY
• ~~" = TAB for general “COMMENTS” unrelated to a specific ENTRIES
• ~~? = TAB for “HELP” ENTRIES

The prefix characters “~~” were selected because they naturally sort to the bottom of most of the “ENTRIES” listing you'll see atop each GLOSSARY page in the left-hand column. A number in parentheses follows, indication the total number of entries for that particular TAB. For example, “~~? (55)” indicates the HELP TAB has fifty-five ENTRIES. Clicking on that LINK is functionally the same as clicking on the page headline: it reloads all entries.

By the way, that parenthetical value under ENTRIES is a manually entered number, which you can cross-check by inspecting the automatically generated tally under the “KEYWORDS” listing, which you'll find lower down the left-hand side of the page.
